This 4,500 sq. ft. residence is a study in spatial harmony, where each area is visually connected through volume rather than traditional walls. Thoughtful layering of details creates a fluid journey through the home, blending openness with intentional separation. A refined material palette of walnut, concrete, and minimalist millwork establishes a warm yet modern aesthetic, offering both comfort and architectural integrity. Built in collaboration with Alloy Homes, the design balances sophistication with a sense of ease, elevating everyday living.

Parkview is a thoughtfully composed home that unites materiality, form, and light to create a cohesive and inviting environment.
