This project was designed while I was part of the design team at Connie Young Design.

INK reimagines small-space living with intelligent design solutions that make every square foot count. This 120-unit condominium complex features 350-square-foot studios designed for maximum flexibility and adaptability. Linear kitchens, adaptable layouts, and ample storage ensure that every space is functional and efficient. Loft-inspired interiors balance raw industrial elements with refined finishes—exposed concrete floors and ceilings, visible ductwork, and high-gloss cabinetry create a modern, urban aesthetic.

As part of the Connie Young Design team, I contributed to the conceptual development of branding, marketing, and material selection, as well as the design of the sales centre. I also supported the ground-up development process, including planning, design concept, coordination, and documentation.

The project successfully blends minimalist aesthetics with industrial character, offering a fresh take on urban living.
