Liquidity Wines seamlessly blends hospitality, production, and residential spaces across a beautifully reimagined estate. The project includes a 3,896 sq. ft. main building housing a wine showroom, tasting room, bistro, and executive residence, alongside a 5,000 sq. ft. production facility and 3,000 sq. ft. guest cottages. At its heart is the complete renovation and transformation of an existing farmhouse into a welcoming destination, surrounded by a reflecting pond, swimming pool, and thoughtfully designed gardens.

As part of the Connie Young Design team, responsible for the full architectural concept, planning, design, project management, and FF&E, contributing to the seamless integration of the estate’s diverse functions.
